at this time and order will ship once check has cleared. We do
accept direct credit card orders over the phone and fax contact us for directions. since orders are
processed immediately, once your order is placed it cannot be changed .any
additions are treated as a new order and will be shipped separately

Money Order/Cashiers Check:
Orders made using the option to
pay via Money Order or Cashiers Check must be received within 10 days of order
date or will be subject to cancellation. When sending payment, include copy of
order (Click PRINT on your browser) with your payment. Payments sent without
proper information will result in a delay of shipment.

Shipping:
All orders are
shipped via USPS or UPS Services. Shipping method is dependent on order size,Some Large orders can ship (direct from Manufacture)
to shipping destination, or buyer's choice. All orders include Delivery
Confirmation number (Except APO and International Orders).
Though most
orders are shipped the next business day, orders may take up to four (4)
business days to finalize and ship. Back Ordered item shipping dates depend on
its manufacturer delivery and will be shipped within four (4) business days of
our receipt.
Business days
are Monday thru Friday. Saturday, Sunday and National Holidays are not
considered business days.
Cancellations:
Cancellations must be made before
orders are finalized. No Cancellations after the orders are received and paid
for.
If the item is already shipped, the item will fall under
normal return/exchange policy procedures.
EXCLUDING ALL SARS/FLU H5N1 MASKS AND
SUPPLIES NO RETURN/NO REFUND ONCE ORDER IS PLACED AND PAID FOR.
If cancellations are made before finalization, no fee is
